Once your spot is reserved, complete the following:
Payment plan for the program by visiting GC Admissions and Aid
Submit official transcripts – Please have the college or university where you have received your undergraduate and, if applicable, your graduate degree(s) send us your transcripts. Typically these can be requested online. We must receive these directly from the institution in order to for them to be considered official transcripts.
Students must have either a 2.75 overall GPA or a 3.0 on the last 30 hours of coursework
Submit recommendation forms and the superintendent’s endorsement
one recommendation form completed by your principal
one recommendation from completed by a fellow teacher or peer
one recommendation form completed by superintendent
Submit curriculum contract
complete and submit through your online student portal
Submit a copy of teaching certificate (if applicable)
Admissions portfolio

For initial certification with Master’s ONLY:
Submit passing PRAXIS II scores
For School Superintendent certification ONLY:
Submit a recommendation from a supervisor or an education agency representative attesting to the applicant’s suitability for school leader

Knowledge of school laws related to school finance, school operations, and personnel matters
